At HYPHEN, we want you to love your skin; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Products

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the products are securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
